01. ¿What is the Ethics channel?

The ethics channel is a confidential and, if you so choose, anonymous means of communication so that you can inform us about breaches of the rules established at FRV, as well as conduct that is contrary to the law or the applicable regulations in force.

02. Who can use this channel?

It is a channel open to all those people in good faith who wish to report facts that may contravene our internal rules, external regulations or criminal law. It may be used by customers, suppliers, advisors/consultants, employees, former employees, or any other third party related to FRV.

03. What behaviors can be reported through this channel?

Through the channel you can report any conduct contrary to the principles and values set out in the FRV Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.

04. Who manages the ethical channel?

The Ethics Channel is managed by the Corporate Assurance & Internal Audit Director, who is responsible for receiving the reports and deciding on the immediate actions to be taken, including internal communication to those responsible and the opening of an internal investigation file.

05. How will my communication be managed?

Once your report has been received, it will be studied confidentially and anonymously (if you have chosen to do so) by the Ethics Channel manager and you will be informed of the decision taken.

06. Within what time frame will I receive a response confirming receipt of my communication?

We will send you an automatic acknowledgement of receipt if the report is not anonymous.

If the complaint is anonymous, you will be able to check the status of the complaint at any time using a code that will be provided to you.

07.  Within what time frame does my communication have to be managed once its receipt has been confirmed?

We will reply to you as soon as possible, taking into account the complexity of the communication and the applicable regulations, which, in any case, will not exceed a maximum period of 90 days.

08. Can I suffer retaliation for making a report?

It is strictly forbidden to take retaliatory or punitive measures against any person who, in good faith, reports a breach or non-compliance with the principles and values of the Code of Conduct through the Ethics Channel.

09. What rights do both the informant and potential witnesses mentioned have?

The protection and confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, as well as of any third party mentioned in the communication, must be guaranteed.The identity of the whistleblower may not be disclosed without his or her express consent to any person other than a member of staff authorized to receive or follow up on reports.

10. Does the company have a code of conduct to review reportable conduct?
